Orders and Payments
We accept all major credit & debit cards and payments via BACS & Direct Debit. Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques. Bank details and references (where required) will be taken on account application*.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is free on all orders over £300. Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are next day if placed before 3pm subject to stock availability. * Please Note: We only ship to UK addresses. If we are out of stock of any product that you order we will notify you at the earliest opportunity of the expected delivery time, allowing you the opportunity to cancel should this not meet your needs. On receipt of delivery, goods should be inspected and damages be reported to customer services within 3 working days via telephone, email or online.
Security
Sensitive data - namely credit/debit card details - entered on the www.ricoh-printers.co.uk website is captured securely through 128 bit encryption (SSL certified) ensuring complete peace of mind when placing orders through our web site. Your personal details are stored on our server for our internal use only and are not distributed to third parties. We actively pursue ‘non-spamming’ policies, and only occasionally distribute emails of relevant promotions to you. Security measures are in place both internally and externally to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Guarantee
TML guarantee complete satisfaction with our Ricoh Products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for the returns procedure. Empty products however will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Damaged goods must be reported to customer services within 3 working days of delivery via telephone, email or online. We will then advise on the course of action.
Faulty Products
Faulty goods should be reported to customer services within 10 working days of purchase. We will then advise on the course of action.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of orders which are in stock are subject to a 30% restocking charge at our discretion. If an item on your order is out of stock we will inform you via email or telephone and ask you how you wish to proceed. If items on your order are out of stock you have the choice of cancelling the whole order or part of the order. Cancelled items that are part of an order which cannot be supplied in full, will be refunded at 100%.
Returns Policy
Items that are ordered in error or are no longer required, can be sent back to TML within 30 days for a full refund. Returned goods will only be accepted back with an authorised returns number – please contact customer services prior to returning any items. Items returned are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
Products ordered in error, which have been opened, will not be accepted back for a refund. This includes items ordered for incorrectly labelled machines.
All returns must be boxed, sealed and in original condition. Any products found to be used, which are not faulty will be charged in full to the customer.
Privacy Policy
Cookies are only used on this site to store a session id, which in turn are used to recall basket details and your contact details when you return at a later date. You do of course have the option to remove the session id. If you do not visit the site for 1 week, the session id will automatically be cleared. TML conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

*We can provide an account for customers who have been trading with us for over 3 months. This account will be provided on a 30 day credit terms basis and will be collected at the end of the month via Direct Debit. Should an account fall into debt of over 60 days we reserve the right to pass this debt onto a third party for recovery. Should this be neccesary; the account customer will be liable for the total outstanding debt plus the cost of the recovery of that debt.
